Hot Stone Massage
Provided by our Registered Massage Therapists, is the use of basalt stones that have been smoothed and polished which are then heated and used to massage with and place on the body. Cosmetic Acupuncture

The treatment results are similar to those seen with cosmentic injections, but only using the body's natural ability to produce collagen and relax tension in facial muscles with the use of Acupuncture needles. Cupping Therapy
provided by our Registered Massage Therapists uses a cup to pull an area of skin into a suction that decompresses muscles and connective tissue. This promotes blood flow to the compromised area, enhances circulation and helps to increase the body’s own healing processes — almost like a backward deep tissue massage! Canine Animal Chiropractic provided by Dr. Sydney Soares $90.00 per treatment

Dr. Sydney will be providing canine chiropractic on Wednesday and Friday mornings. During the first visit, the chiropractor will assess your dog’s medical history. They will also conduct a neurologic exam and analyze your pet’s gait and motion. Treatment will then begin and may include corrective chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, passive range of motion, stretching, and therapeutic laser therapy. Low level laser therapy is a safe non invasive treatment that can help both acute and chronic conditions.

 

TMJ Intra-Oral Massage Provided by Miranda Carley, RMT and Dr. Sydney Soares

Miranda Carley, RMT Has added to her skill set with External Pelvic Floor Manual Therapy!She is now offering this service at the clinic. An initial assessment is required. She is ready to assess and treat those with the following concerns:

• Prolapse (when organs drop down)

• Diastasis recti (when the abdominal muscle separate)

• Incontinence (both of the bladder and the bowel)

• Pelvic pain disorders (like Vaginismus, Dyspareunia, Vulvodynia)

• Pre-natal & postpartum pelvic pain

• Prostate problems

• Erectile dysfunction

• Constipation

• Chronic low back pain

• Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

• Coccydynia (tailbone pain)

• Weakness or increased tone in the pelvic floor

• Pelvic floor myofascial dysfunction

• Central sensitization within the pelvic  floor                                                                                                                                                            An initial assessment of the pelvic floor is required, completed externally. A variety of conditions & concerns can be treated through external manual therapy of the pelvic floor.  Including low back pain, hip pain, groin pain, to name a few. An assessment includes an interview and review of your health history, goals, physical assessment and treatment. Detailed health forms will also be required to be filled out, even for those who are existing patients. Please wear/bring shorts, this assessment and treatment is a manual therapy treatment, and not a typical massage therapy treatment.
